1What Shof TV is
Shof TV is a media player. It does not include, sell or provide access to any TV channels, films or series. It plays only sources that you add yourself and a demo catalogue of freely licensed films.
2Your content sources
You are solely responsible for the sources you add and for having the rights to watch their content. Do not use the app with sources that infringe copyright or any law. We may suspend access for devices or accounts that are reported for unlawful use.
3Free trial
New TVs may receive one free trial for the period shown in the app. A trial belongs to the TV: reinstalling the app or switching accounts does not start a new one.
4Plans and subscriptions
- Plans: subscriptions are sold only as the plans shown in the app and on our website. Each plan states its price, its duration (for example 3 months, 1 year or lifetime) and how many screens it covers. Prices are shown in your local currency where available, and the team confirms the price with you before you pay.
- Duration: a subscription lasts exactly the duration of its plan and cannot be shortened or extended by changing dates. If you buy while your free trial is still running, the days left of the trial are added to your first subscription and the trial ends.
- Renewal: a new plan bought while a subscription is active starts when the current one ends, so no paid time is lost. Subscriptions do not renew automatically.
- Account plans: Premium plans belong to your account (Google sign-in) and cover your linked screens up to the plan's limit, with your favourites, watch progress and servers synced between them.
- One TV plan: belongs to the single TV it was ordered from, needs no account, does not sync with other screens and cannot be moved to another TV.
- Lifetime: lifetime plans last for as long as we operate the Shof TV service for that platform. They are personal and cannot be resold or transferred.
- Orders and codes: placing a new order replaces your earlier unpaid order. A subscription starts once your payment is confirmed or an activation code is redeemed. Each code can be used once.
- Refunds: refund requests are reviewed case by case through support, as required by law where you live.
5Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass trials, device limits or activation codes, resell access, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.
6Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not responsible for the availability or quality of sources you add.
7Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in question.
8Changes and termination
We may change these terms or the service. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.
